For those of you new to Teacher's Market, Sundays are Slow-Cooker Sundays, where I post a different quick and easy recipe to help you during the busy school year.
My goal is to help you gain new quick and easy recipes to help you out during the busy school year and school nights. Using the crockpot is so nice because you just put together a few ingredients in the morning and then let it slow cook all day and then hopefully a wonderful meal is ready and waiting for you when you get home.
If you have quick and easy recipes you'd like to share with the rest of us, please email me your recipe at utahteachersmarket@gmail.com and I'll be happy to share it next week.
For this week, this yummy chicken recipe comes from my wonderful sister and you can also find a similar recipe at the Food.com website.
Slow-Cooker Creamy Chicken
4-6 Chicken Breasts or 8-12 Chicken Tenders
1 can Cream of Mushroom and 1 can Cream of Chicken
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 packet of Good Seasonings Italian Salad Dressing Mix
Place Chicken Breasts in Crockpot. Add all ingredients together and pour over Chicken.
Cook on high for 6 hours or on low all day.
Serve with noodles or rice and your favorite vegetable.
