Teachers, I almost forgot about the Dollar General Sweepstakes where you could win $10,000 for your local school. Only 1 more day left to nominate your school.
To nominate your local school, head over to the Dollar General website to fill out their entry form and submit a 50-250 word essay to describe why the school you are nominating is a hero within its community for a chance to win $10,000.
It looks like some states are excluded unfortunately: Alaska, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wyoming.
Contest ends at 11:59pm CT September 23rd, 2012.
