Teacher Grant Opportunities:

Target Field Trip Grant:  K-12 schools can apply for a Target Field Trip Grant for the 2012-2013 school year.  Each grant is valued up to $700.

To apply, head over to the Target website to apply.   Applications are accepted through either Sept. 30th or Oct. 1st.  I'm not sure which day.

The Donald Samull Classroom Herb Garden Grant:  Public and or Private 3rd-6th grade teachers may apply for an indoor or outdoor herb garden grant.

The Herb Society of America will award 4 schools indoor window sill herb gardens. The classrooms selected will receive 3 window sill herb garden kits to use in the classroom.

The Herb Society of America will pick 5 schools/classrooms to receive $200 Seed Money to establish an outdoor herb garden.
